Eligibility criteria

Before applying, please ensure you meet all the following eligibility criteria:

  • You have an active ABN.

  • You're the business owner or director of an Australian private company, or an office holder for a not-for-profit, community club or community organisation.

  • You've not had a merchant facility terminated by an Australian financial institution with the last 12 months.

Device compatibility with the NAB Easy Tap app

Check to ensure that your device meets the following criteria before you apply:

  • Must be Android only (the app is downloaded via the Google Play store).

  • Minimum device operating system of Android 9 or above.

  • Device required to have Near Field Communication (NFC) reader.

  • Device requires an internet (Wi-Fi or mobile network) connection.
