Case study Learn and grow in confidence

“The session was well organised and structured; and the facilitator did an excellent job of explaining the various features. I thought that I would be familiar with most of what would be covered in the session, but I was surprised. The session was definitely worthwhile, and I will sign up for some of the more in-depth training sessions, and perhaps a personalised training session for our authorising users, in the future."
