Standard security features
The below features come with a standard NAB Connect account.
User activity reports
You can request user activity reports for details about:
- user access, including the date and time each user logged in
- transaction details, including who created, authorised and edited each payment.
To request a copy of these reports, contact the NAB Connect Client Centre on 1300 888 413.
Daily payment limits
NAB Connect lets you establish payment limits that you can customise to suit your business and risk profile. You can set daily payment limits as an overall value, customise values by specific payment types and change the set daily payment limits at any time.
To protect your business, payments that exceed your limit need approval by your nominated Authorising Users in addition to your normal payment authorisation requirements.

The below features are optional and are available upon request.
Customisable access and viewing rights
Easily manage the access to NAB Connect of third parties, such as your accountant or bookkeeper. You can customise viewing rights for each of your linked business accounts to help ensure only authorised people see sensitive financial information.
You can also customise access rights for each service. For example, you can limit access to confidential payroll information.
NAB’s free six month anti-virus offer for customers
We strongly recommend that all your computers have up-to-date security software. You can update your security software with our offer of 6 months’ free anti-virus software.
