What happens when I am transitioned from NAB Transact to NAB Gateway?

We’re progressively moving all NAB Transact customers to NAB Gateway, which is backed by Visa’s payment acceptance platform Cybersource, with no changes to fees and charges as a result of this transition.

There’ll be a transition period for your change to NAB Gateway. When you receive your NAB Gateway login details, you’ll continue to have access to NAB Transact for approximately two weeks. This allows time for you to familiarise yourself with NAB Gateway before your access to NAB Transact closes.

You’ll have a dedicated team to help answer any questions you have and guide you through the transition process. And you can find online guides to help you get set-up and start taking payments.

What you need to do

To help ensure that you receive important information about this change, please call us as soon as possible to confirm that we have your current email address and telephone number. During this call we’ll also take you through the change process. You can contact us on 1300 656 364 Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm (AEST/AEDT).

If you need historical NAB Transact statements, you’ll need to download these from the NAB Transact portal prior to it being closed.
