Things to know about accepting loan documents online
- Once your personal loan application has been unconditionally approved, you’ll receive an email and SMS letting you know your documents are ready to be accepted via NAB Internet Banking on your web browser.
- If you haven’t already, you’ll need to register for NAB Internet Banking to sign your documents online.
Steps to accept documents online

Before you get started, make sure that you have your mobile telephone with you for SMS security.

Open the loan approval email we sent you, select the link Document acceptance-NAB.

You’ll be taken to a nab.com.au web page.

Select Access your documents.

Log into NAB Internet Banking using your 8-10 digit NAB ID and password.

Under ‘Approved applications’, you’ll see your NAB Personal Loan. Choose Read and sign to continue accepting your documents; or if you no longer want to go ahead with your loan, select Withdraw application.

If you’ve chosen to continue to read and sign your documents, select Send SMS.

Enter your security code.

Read through the electronic document consent instructions and information. Select Next.

Open and read each document under ‘Read and sign your loan documents’. Select Next.

Under ‘Read and sign this document’, open and read the document. Select Electronically sign Acceptance letter, then select Submit.

A message will display ‘You have successfully signed your Acceptance letter’.
