Assessing your application

  • To assess your personal loan application, we’ll need to verify your income, liabilities and identity details.
  • What we need to check varies depending on the type of income you’ve told us you have.
  • You only need to provide proof of income when your income is not directly deposited into a NAB account.

How to verify your income

You can provide your verification documents in one of three ways:

  • Register or login to NAB Internet Banking on a desktop computer and upload your documents using the Applications tab.
  • Send an email to application.fulfilment@nab.com.au with your income documents attached as a PDF or photo. Please include your reference number in the subject line.
  • Take your documents into your local branch.

Note: All documents need to be either in English or translated by an NAATI, opens in new window accredited professional translation service.
