Purpose of the review

In December 2019, as part of our obligation and commitment to paying our colleagues correctly, we announced the establishment of an end-to-end Payroll Review examining:

  • our internal pay processes
  • our compliance with pay-related obligations under Australian employment laws.

What about former NAB colleagues?

If you’re worked at NAB, and you’re eligible to receive a payment because of the review, we’ll contact you.

If your contact details have changed since you worked at NAB, or if you need to access or update an existing case please contact the NAB Payroll Team using this payroll form or by contacting 1800 956 555 Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm (AEST/AEDT).
