Shareholder communication preferences

You can choose how you would like to receive certain shareholder communications (including Annual Reports and documents related to shareholder meetings such as the Notice of AGM) – either electronically or by post.

Electing to receive shareholder communications electronically, rather than in paper format, helps align with NAB’s sustainability objectives by minimising the environmental impacts of paper production and distribution, which include energy consumption and waste. This is the best way to stay informed and keep in touch about your shareholding.

To make a standing election to receive certain documents in electronic or paper form:

To make a one-off request to receive a document in electronic or paper form, contact NAB’s Share Registry (using the details above), or you may also advise our Registry if you do not want to receive a copy of the Annual Report.

You can change your existing communication preferences whenever you wish to do so. You can also elect to receive an email notification when key shareholder information (such as the Annual Report and Notice of AGM) has been published on the ASX market announcement platform and is accessible online on our website.

To check or update your communication preferences, simply log in to Investor Centre website, opens in new window following the prompts, or create an account using your SRN/HIN and postcode or country of residence.
