Reactivate or reset your NAB Connect mobile token
Follow these steps to learn how to reset your NAB Connect access if you’ve forgotten your PIN or locked yourself out.

Step 1
On the NAB Connect app home screen, tap More.

Step 2
Tap Reset User.

Step 3
Make sure you have your user ID and email, then tap Next.

Step 4
Enter your user ID and tap Next.

Step 5
We’ll send an SMS code to your mobile. Enter the code and tap Next.

Step 6
Enter your date of birth and email address registered to NAB Connect, then tap Next.

Complete
We'll send you an SMS code and activation email. Use these to activate your new token and login.
