Setting a PIN on your physical token
You’ll need to set up your physical token before you can access NAB Connect.
- Press the Power button to turn on your physical token.
- Enter the temporary four-digit PIN provided in the Physical token email.
- When ‘NEW PIN’ displays on the token screen, enter a new four-digit PIN of your choice and press the Power button.
When the process is complete, you’ll receive a notification.
Your physical token is now ready to use.
Changing the PIN on your physical token
You can change your PIN at any time by following the following instructions:
- Press the Power button to turn on your physical token.
- Enter your four-digit PIN and your one-time passcode (OTP) will display on the screen.
- Press the Back button twice. You’ll then be prompted to ‘CHANGE PIN’.
- Press the Power button and when prompted, enter your current PIN.
- Press the Power button and when prompted, enter your new PIN.
- Re-enter your new PIN and press the Power button.
When the process is complete, you’ll receive a notification. Your new PIN is now ready to use.
Please note:
- If you haven’t received your email containing your temporary PIN, your Administrator will need to contact the NAB Connect Client centre in your presence to confirm your identity. With your assistance, they will be able to generate a temporary PIN for you.
- If you’ve forgotten or locked your PIN, contact the NAB Connect Client centre via calling 1300 888 413.
