Steps for changing your contact details
Make sure you’re logged into NAB Connect to get started.
You can update your contact information under My Settings then select Save at the bottom of the page. You will be sent a code to verify the change to either your email address or mobile number based on the contact details you have elected to change.
Please note, you cannot change your mobile number and email address at the same time. If you wish to change both, change one, save the change, then change the other.
If there are any details you’re unable to update, contact your NAB Business banking representative.
