Things to know about payments and transfers

How to enable or restrict online payments

Enabling payments sets your daily transfer limit on your mobile device to match your desktop NAB Internet Banking limit. Restricting payments disables payments on the NAB app until you re-enable them using these steps.

  1. Log into the NAB app on your device.

  2. Tap More (or the Menu icon if using an Android phone) and then Settings.

  3. Select Payments and then Payment Limits.

  4. Tap Restrict Payments or Enable Payments depending on your desired action.

  5. If you’re enabling payments, an SMS security code will be sent to your mobile number. Enter the security code and select Continue.
