Things to know about PayTo
- PayTo is built into the NAB app and NAB Internet Banking. There’s no need to download or sign up for any additional apps.
- To use PayTo, you'll need an eligible account. You can set up PayTo agreements with your BSB and account number or PayID ®.
- You can only authorise agreements to be debited from eligible NAB everyday personal transaction or savings accounts.
How to authorise a PayTo agreement
NAB app
Instructions for mobile devices

Log into the NAB app and tap More for iOS (or the Menu icon if using Android).

Tap Payments.

Tap PayTo Agreements.

In the list, select the applicable PayTo agreement.

Review the particulars of the agreement.
-
Navigate to the bottom of the Agreement details to find the two options, Decline or Authorise.

Tap Authorise if you agree with the terms of the agreement.

In the pop up, tap Authorise to reconfirm.
-
If asked, enter the verification code sent to your mobile device.
-
Your PayTo agreement is now active.
NAB Internet Banking
Instructions for web browsers

Log into NAB Internet Banking with your 8 to 10-digit NAB ID and password.

Select Transfer & Pay in the top menu.

Select PayTo Agreements.
-
In the list, select the applicable PayTo agreement.
-
Review the particulars of the agreement.
-
Navigate to the bottom of the Agreement details to find the two options, Decline or Authorise.

Tap Authorise if you agree with the terms of the agreement.

In the pop up, tap Authorise to reconfirm.

If asked, enter the verification code sent to your mobile device.

Your PayTo agreement is now active.
