Steps to track past payments
Use the NAB app or NAB Internet Banking to track past payments and view details of that payment.
NAB app
Instructions for mobile devices

Log into the NAB app.

Tap the Menu icon if you’re using an Android phone or More if using iOS.

Tap My payments.

Tap the Past tab.

You’ll see a list of past payments. Tap a transaction for more information.

You’ll see the amount, date, where the payment was sent to and from, and service details.
NAB Internet Banking
Instructions for web browsers

Log into NAB Internet Banking with your 8 to 10-digit NAB ID and password.

Select Transfer & Pay.

Select ‘Payment list’ from the drop-down menu.

Select All payment types and use the drop-down to find different types of payments.

Select All accounts to find payments made by different accounts.

Select Show filter.

Select Past payments to show past payments from selected accounts.

You can filter payments by amount, period, payee and payment status.

Once you’ve selected all relevant filters, select Display.

To view further details, select the date of a chosen payment in the Payment date column.

You’ll see further payment details, including bank acknowledgement details and transfer details.

Select Return to list to return to the payments list.
