Maximum loan-to-value ratio (LVR) up to 95%
Lenders' Mortgage Insurance (LMI) applies for LVR over 80%. You can borrow up to 95% of the property’s value when you make principal and interest repayments and live in the property.
Save with an offset account
With the option to link your home loan to an eligible NAB transaction or deposit account, you could save on interest and reduce the term of your home loan by using an offset account.
Make unlimited additional repayments
Pay off your loan sooner with the ability to make unlimited additional repayments.
Redraw available
Redraw funds if you’re ahead of scheduled repayments (subject to terms and conditions). Minimum redraw is $500 and is only available during variable-rate periods.
Construction approved
Make progressive payments to builders and tradies if you’re building your home. Redraw isn’t available during the building period.
