Service Description
Account summary View and report on current and previous days balances for your accounts.
Transaction history View and report on current and past days’ transactions for your accounts.
Statements Download PDF versions of your paper statements.

You can find the following services under Reports within the Accounts menu. 

Service Description
Account information file Download NAI or BAI2-formatted account information files to import into an accounting system.
Account balance history View and report on current and past days’ balances for your accounts.
Merchant reports Download your Domestic (EB165) and Foreign Currency (FX165) Merchant reports for your business.
Set off reports View and report on your Set-off arrangements.

Payments menu description of services

You can find the following services under Make a payment within the Payments menu.

Service Description
Linked account Transfer between two linked domestic accounts.
Pay anyone (Domestic) Make a one-to-one payment to a beneficiary within Australia.
Pay multiple (Domestic) Make a payment to multiple beneficiaries within Australia in the one transaction.
Direct Credit Pay multiple beneficiaries and import an ABA payment file from your accounting system.
Payroll/Executive Payroll Pay multiple beneficiaries and import an ABA payment file from your accounting system.
Direct Debit Upload an ABA file to draw funds from accounts.
Direct Credit – GDES  Direct Credit payment designed to process government only credit payments.
BPAY® Pay bills using BPAY®. One biller per payment.
International Make international telegraphic transfers (TTs) to overseas and domestic beneficiaries.
Upload payment file Upload ABA files and international payments.
