Authorising with a physical token

When you select to Authorise a payment, a ‘Payment selected for Authorisation’ screen will appear. Note: This screen has additional instructions listed.

  1. Press the Power button to turn on the physical token.
  2. Enter the four-digit PIN and ‘SEL APP’ will display on the token screen.
  3. Press the number 2. ‘1’ will display on the token screen.

  • Payments that require transaction signing cannot be bulk authorised.
  • You cannot authorise payments that require transaction signing codes using the authorise capability in the NAB Connect mobile app.
