You won’t be able to submit:

• Any International payments in USD currency with a value date of 15 January 2024.
• Any other currency payments using a RTR or BTC rate source with a value date of 15 January 2024.

You won’t be able to submit:

• Any other currency payments using a RTR or BTC rate source with a value date of 19 February 2024.

No export international trade service for Western Australian customers.

All payments including Trade Finance and Stop cheque requests sent this Tasmanian only public holiday will be processed as normal.

No export international trade service will be available for Queensland customers on this date.

You won’t be able to submit:

Western Australia Day (WA)

No export international trade service for Western Australian customers.

King's Birthday (All states/territories except QLD and WA)

• No import international trade or international payment transaction capability value dated Monday 10 June 2024.
• Any international payments or import international trade transactions customers sent to NAB after the published cut-off times on Friday 7 June 2024, will be processed the following Tuesday with a payment date of 11 June 2024.
• No urgent domestic funds transfer capabilities to other financial institutions available.
• No redraw or repayment capability on Business Market Loans and Corporate Market Loans. Please complete requests prior to cut-off times on Friday 7 June 2024, or submit a future dated transaction for processing on Tuesday 11 June 2024.

• No international payment transaction capability using Real Time Rates or newly booked FX deals value dated 5 August 2024.
• There will be no Export International Trade service for New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory customers.
• No import international trade value dated Monday 5 August 2024.
• The Export International Trade service for Northern Territory customers will be provided as normal by our Adelaide office on Monday 5 August 2024.

Royal Queensland Show

(Brisbane CBD and metropolitan areas only).

• There will be no Export International Trade service for Queensland customers.
• Any import international trade or international payments for Queensland customers on Wednesday 14 August 2024, will be processed by International Operations Australia as normal.

The export international trade service for Launceston customers will be available through our Melbourne office as normal.

All international payments requiring a currency exchange rate should be submitted with a payment date of either Friday 11 October 2024, or Tuesday 15 October 2024.

The export international trade service for Hobart customers will be available through our Melbourne office as normal.

Melbourne Cup (VIC)
