Register for NAB Connect
As a safety net, we recommend you register for NAB Connect and add your services to your facility to enable your business to continue transacting should you have any connection issues and you’re unable to use your NAB Direct Link solution for payment processing.
Using NAB Connect as a back-up ensures you can submit your payment files or download reports while working to restore the connection.
Please note:
- You will not be charged for added services unless you use the service on NAB Connect. Refer to the NAB Connect Fees and Charges Schedule (PDF, 90KB) for more information.
- Always refer to the NAB Digital Business Channels Terms and Conditions (PDF, 251KB) before using any of our online services.
