How to activate an admin account

As the Business Contact for your organisation, you should have received a Cybersource Business Centre Merchant registration email from donotreply@support.cybersource.com. This email will include your Organisation ID and an account activation link.

1. Click on the link provided in the email and select Set up your username and password now. Please note that for security reasons the link is valid for 24 hours from the time you receive the email.
2. Enter your Organisation ID and contact email, then select Submit. Note that you are entering the Organisation ID, which can be found in your Merchant Registration Details email.
3. Enter your first name, last name and create a username. Then select Next.
4. Follow the prompts to create your new password, then select Change password.
5. Once you see a message saying your NAB Gateway account has been successfully created, select the Go to login screen.
6. Enter your Organisation ID, username and password to login to NAB Gateway.
7. A one-time-passcode will be sent to you from donotreply@support.cybersource.com. You will need to enter your one-time-passcode to login to NAB Gateway. Remember to check your spam folder for the one-time passcode email.
8. Bookmark NAB Gateway for easier access in the future.

If your account activation link has expired, you will need to contact the NAB Gateway technical support team for a new account creation email.
