Steps to create custom reports in NAB Gateway

NAB Gateway has some standard reports that you’ll find under Available Reports. If you don’t find one that suits your exact needs, you can create a custom report.

  1. Sign in to NAB Gateway portal.
  2. From the left navigation panel, select Reports.
  3. Under ‘Downloadable Reports’, select Available Reports.
  4. In the upper right corner, select Create Custom Report.
  5. Enter details in all the fields required, and what you’re wanting your report to include.
    Please note: You will need to choose the file format (CSV or XML only), the subscription frequency, date range and name of the report. If you want it as a one- time report, there is an option for that on the right-hand side under ‘Basic Report Setup.’

    Under ‘Advanced Report Features’ you will find more options to include in your  report such as Application, Payment Channel and Connection Method.
  6. At the bottom of the Custom Report page, you can select the order number to rearrange the option fields on your report. You can also add and take away other selections.
  7. Once you are satisfied with your report, select Create on the lower right-hand side.
