Steps to search transactions in NAB Gateway

Within NAB Gateway, there are several filters that can be used to find a specific transaction for up to 13 months of data.

  1. Sign in to NAB Gateway.
  2. From the left navigation panel, select Transaction Management.
  3. Select Transactions.
  4. You should see all the transactions processed for the past seven days.
    If needed you can adjust the ‘Date Range’ filter to change it to display the date range you need.
  5. Choose one or more of these options to retrieve transactions:
    • Quick Search - Enter text that is included in the transaction.
    • Date Range - Select a date range or enter specific custom dates for which you want to search.
      You can select the ‘Date’ column to sort the results by date.
    • Add Filter - Select this option to include more filters in your search.
    • Saved Search Options - Apply a previously saved search or edit, rename, delete or set an existing search as a default.
      You can select Reset Search to remove filters and start again.
  6. When you’ve found the transaction, select Request ID to view the transaction details.
    You can select Cancel Search on the Transactions page or press the Escape key on your keyboard to end an in-progress transaction search.
