Change your account details

  1. Log in to NAB Portal Pay, opens in new window, enter your email address and password and select Log in.
  2. Select Profile from the grey navigation bar.
  3. Once on the profile page, you will be able to edit your personal information or contact details, change your password and close your profile.

If you update any of your details, you’ll receive an email notifying you that your profile has been updated.

Please note you will not be able to change the email address linked to your account as this is used as your username.

Close your profile

  1. Log in to NAB Portal Pay, opens in new window, enter your email address and password and select Log in.
  2. Select Profile from the grey navigation bar.
  3. Select Close my profile. You will have to delete all saved payees (such as a real estate agent) and scheduled payments to be able to delete your account. If you want to keep your payment history, make sure you save a copy of it.
  4. Once you’ve successfully met the profile closure requirements, confirm by selecting Yes, close my profile.

We’ll send you an email to let you know that you’ve closed your profile.
