If you know your current password
- Log in to NAB Portal Pay, opens in new window, enter your email address and password and select Log in.
- Navigate to the profile page by selecting Profile from the grey navigation bar.
- Select Change your password.
- Enter your old password.
- Enter your new password and select Save new password.
We’ll send you an email to let you know that you’ve changed your password.
If you don’t know your password
- Visit the NAB Portal Pay login page, opens in new window and select Forgot your password.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter the security code sent to the phone number linked to your account.
- Enter your new password and select Save new password.
- Log in via the NAB Portal Pay login page.
We’ll send you an email to let you know that you’ve changed your password.
