- When calling us from the NAB app, our bankers will have your details in front of them as soon as you’re connected, without the need to be authenticated first.
- Save 1 to 3 minutes per call, as our bankers won’t need to authenticate you before helping with your query.
- The call is made using the phones native call functionality, so call charges may apply.
How to call us in the NAB app
iOS instructions

Log into the NAB app on your device.

Select More in the bottom menu.

Select ‘Support’.

Select ‘Business Banking’.

Under Contact Us, select ‘Business Banking Enquiries’.

Select the reason for your call.

Select ‘Yes, call NAB’.

Select ‘Call’ when prompted by your device.
Android instructions

Select the Menu icon in the top left.

Select ‘Help and contact’.

Select ‘Business Banking’.
