Steps to reset your password

Use the NAB app on your preferred device or NAB Internet Banking through a web browser.

NAB app

Instructions for all mobile devices

  1. Open the NAB app and tap Login.

  2. Tap Forgot your password.

  3. Review the information required to reset your password, enter your NAB ID and Date of Birth (DOB) and tap Next.

  4. Enter the security code we sent via PUSH, SMS, your telephone banking password, or a temporary password provided by a banker.

  5. Enter a new password in the New password field, and again in the Confirm password field. Tap Next.

  6. You will see the success message - tap Ok. Your password has been reset.

  7. You will be taken to the Login Screen where you’ll enter your new password.

NAB Internet Banking

Instructions for web browsers

  1. Select Forgot your NAB ID or password? on the NAB Internet Banking login screen.

  2. Select Reset your password.

  3. Review the information required to reset your password, enter your NAB ID and Date of Birth (DOB) and select Next.

  4. Enter the security code we sent via PUSH, SMS, your telephone banking password, or a temporary password provided by a banker.

  5. Enter a new password in the New password field, and again in confirm password field. Select Next.

  6. You will see the success message - Click Ok. Your password has been reset.

  7. To start using internet banking, you will be taken to the Login Screen where you’ll enter your new password.
