Things to know about hiding your accounts

  • Hiding your account in NAB Internet Banking will also hide the account in the NAB app. 
  • You can’t hide an account if it has periodic or future-dated payments set up.
  • Hiding your accounts is a way to help you set up a savings goal.

Steps to hide your accounts from view

Follow these simple instructions to use NAB Internet Banking through a web browser, to hide accounts from view.

  1. Enter your 8 to 10-digit NAB ID, enter your password and select Login.

  2. Select Profile & Settings.

  3. Select ‘Internet Banking Settings’ from the drop-down menu.

  4. In the Enabled column, untick the account you want to hide.

  5. Choose Save account settings. Your changes may take up to 15 minutes to appear.
