Steps to download closed account statements

Use NAB Internet Banking through a web browser to access bank statements from closed accounts. You’ll be able to see up to seven years of statements from the day of the search.

  1. Log into NAB Internet Banking with your 8 to 10 digit NAB ID and password.

  2. Select Accounts.

  3. Select Account statements, and then Closed or Hidden Accounts.

Steps to view and download online letters

Use NAB Internet Banking through a web browser to view and download online letters.

  1. Log into NAB Internet Banking with your 8 to 10-digit NAB ID and password.

  2. Select Profiles & Settings in the top menu.

  3. Choose ‘Letters’ from the drop-down menu.

  4. Select from and to dates for the time period of the letter you wish to view.

  5. Select Search.

  6. Click the letter’s description to view the letter.

  7. You have now viewed.
