How we’re helping
Here are just a few ways we’re helping our customers and communities.
Community investment
We invested $117 million through community partnerships, donations, grants, in-kind support, and volunteering in 2024.
Affordable housing
We have a target to lend at least $6 billion by 2029, to help more Australians access affordable and specialist housing. We have provided $4.4 billion towards this ambition since 1 October 2022, with a total of $2.1 billion lent in 2024.
No interest loans
In partnership with Good Shepherd, we provided support to build financial wellbeing by helping almost 90,000 people access $64.1 million in no interest loans in 2024.
