Check if a payment Acknowledgement has been received
It may take up to 45 minutes for you to receive an Acknowledgement that a payment file from NAB Direct Link has been processed.
Confirm the payment status
If you have not received a payment Acknowledgement after 45 minutes, contact your technology team to confirm that the payment file has been sent and delivered successfully to NAB.

Please note: There is no payment processing on national public holidays. For further details, refer to Payment cut-off information and times.
