Closing a business account

To close a business account or credit card you’ll need to visit a NAB branch, call your banker, get in touch with our contact centre or send written notice.

Closing a deceased customer’s account

It can be a difficult time when a family member or friend passes away. If you’re a representative of their estate and need to manage their finances, here’s some information about dealing with their accounts.
