Benefits of a Transactional Data Feed
Save time generating statement files by authorising NAB to send transactional data directly to your nominated eligible software for your rent roll or sales Statutory Trust Account.
Speak to your Transactional Banking Specialist for a list of current eligible software providers and how to set up the automated data feed.
Setting up a Transactional Data Feed
Contact your Transactional Banking Specialist or our NAB Portal Pay support to set up a Transactional Data Feed. The team will provide you with a data sharing agreement.
You can also contact NAB Portal Pay support if you want to cancel your automated data feed. Transactional feeds will continue to be sent to the software provider until you notify us.
If you have changed software providers, contact NAB Portal Pay support as soon as possible. Transactional feeds will continue to be sent to the software provider until you notify us.
NAB Portal Pay support will assist you with cancelling your existing data feed and set up the new data feed to your new nominated eligible software provider.
Accessing transaction that have been dishonoured
If you have nominated an account other than your Statutory Trust Account for the dishonoured transactions, you will need to download the dishonoured file in NAB Connect to view the dishonoured transactions. If your Statutory Trust Account is your nominated account for dishonour transactions, then these transactions will show up in the data feeds.
What time are reporting files delivered by NAB?
Enhanced Statement Files are processed overnight and the transactional data feeds will be available after 8am (AEST) the next business day.
