Create a profile

1. Register for a NAB Portal Pay profile, opens in new window.
2. You will be asked to acknowledge NAB’s privacy notification – this outlines how NAB can use your data.
3. Enter your email address, which will be used as your username for logging into NAB Portal Pay, and the Payer Reference Number (PRN) provided to you by your payee (such as a real estate agent).
   
4. Verify your email address with the verification code that will be sent to your email.
5. Create your profile by entering your name and phone number.
6. Confirm you have read and agree to the terms and conditions (PDF, 88KB), opens in new window.
7. Verify your phone number with the verification code that will be sent to you via SMS.
8. Set your password, ensuring you follow the minimum password requirements.

Your registration will then be complete and your profile will be created. You’ll then be directed to login, where you’ll be able to make your first payment to your payee.
