Closing a personal account
There are a few ways you can close your account with us. Depending on the type of account you’re looking to close, you may be able to close it online, which will be the quickest and easiest way.

Closing a business account
To close a business account or credit card you’ll need to visit a NAB branch, call your banker, get in touch with our contact centre or send written notice.
Closing an account of a deceased customer
