How to access NAB Goodies in the app

    Log in to the NAB app and tap the Goodies tile to explore your offers.

    Step 2

    Redeem your offers by making qualifying transactions using your eligible NAB personal Visa card (debit, credit or NAB Now Pay Later digital card).

  • Complete

    That’s it. Unless we tell you otherwise, you’ll usually receive your cashback within 14 business days.

How to receive offers in the Goodies section of the NAB app

To receive offers in the Goodies section of the app, you must:

  • Have a personal NAB Visa card

  • Have made at least one purchase in the last 30 days

  • Be opted in for direct marketing from NAB

  • Meet our enrolment eligibility

Message a banker in the NAB app if you still aren't receiving offers.

Receiving your cashback

Cashback will be credited to the eligible personal NAB Visa card (or applicable linked account) that was used to make the qualifying transaction typically within 14 business days unless stated otherwise. Cashback will appear as a separate line item on your statement as “NAB CREDIT” or “NAB CASHBACK” or a similar description.

  • Prior to receiving any cashback, if your personal NAB Visa card(s) are inactive (i.e. not used to make a purchase in the last 30 days), cancelled or replaced, you close any linked accounts or unsubscribe from Direct Marketing communications from NAB at any time prior to NAB crediting your account you’ll become ineligible to receive cashback from a “My Offers” offer (even if a qualifying transaction has been made).  

    Only one cashback is payable, even if you or an additional cardholder make multiple qualifying transactions with different cards. Cashback is limited to one per customer per offer.

  • Additional credit cardholders won’t receive their own offers however if either the primary or additional cardholder makes a qualifying transaction, the offer will be redeemed by the primary cardholder.

  • NAB Visa debit cardholders with a joint transaction account can redeem cashback offers and make qualifying transactions. Cashback will be credited to the linked personal transaction account and are limited to one per customer per offer.
