What is NAB Goodies?

NAB Goodies is our customer recognition offering that gives you more to enjoy everyday. Whether you’ve been with us for years, or are just starting out, it’s our way of saying thank you for banking with us.

We’ve partnered with some of Australia’s biggest brands to bring customers exciting offers in travel, dining, health, retail, groceries, subscription services and more. You’ll be able to redeem these offers using an eligible NAB personal Visa debit, credit or NAB Now Pay Later digital card.

How to access NAB Goodies in the app

Customers with a personal NAB card(s) can access and redeem personalised cashback offer(s) in the app. Here's how:

Log into the NAB app

Access Goodies via the tile on the Accounts summary screen.

Explore available NAB Goodies

Discover your personalised cashback offer(s) . Offers may have different expiry dates and terms and conditions. Tap on ‘View details’ to check the specifics of any individual offer. You may be required to activate some of your personalised offer(s). 

Redeem your offer(s)

Make a qualifying spend with your eligible personal NAB Visa debit, credit or NAB Now Pay Later digital card. Cashback offers are limited to one cashback per customer and per offer during the offer period. Your cashback(s) will usually appear within 14 business days.

Receiving your cashback

Cashbacks for offers will be credited to your eligible NAB card (or its linked account if applicable) that was used to make the qualifying transaction. Please note that the cashback will appear as a separate line item on your statement as “<NAB CREDIT>”. See My Offers terms and conditions for full details.

When do I receive my cashback?

We will normally credit the relevant account within 14 business days after the relevant qualifying transaction has been completed (although sometimes it may take longer). To receive your credits, you must remain eligible to receive personalised cashback offers as per the My Offers terms and conditions. You will become ineligible to redeem your offer and not receive your cashback (even if you have made a qualifying transaction) if you cancel or replace your eligible NAB card or close the linked account (as applicable) or if you unsubscribe from Marketing communications from NAB at any time prior to receiving your credits.

Multiple cards and cardholders

Multiple cards in your name

Any active NAB personal Visa debit card, NAB personal credit card, or NAB Now Pay Later (NNPL) digital card can be used to make a qualifying transaction to redeem these cashback offers. If you have multiple cards in your name and used one of your eligible NAB cards (e.g. NAB Visa debit card) to make a qualifying transaction and redeem a cashback under an offer, you will not be able to redeem another cashback under that offer by using another eligible NAB card (e.g. your NNPL digital card). Cashback offers are limited to one cashback per customer and per offer during the offer period.

Additional credit card holders

If using a credit card, the credit card account must be in your name (i.e. you are not the additional cardholder) for you to receive the cashback. If either the primary or additional cardholder makes a qualifying transaction, this will be considered redeemed for the primary cardholder’s account, and the cashback will be credited to the primary cardholder’s credit card account. Cashback offers are limited to one cashback per customer and per offer during the offer period.

Joint personal transaction accounts with Visa debit cards

Each Visa debit cardholder (if they meet the eligibility criteria as per the My Offers personalised offers terms and conditions) on a joint transaction account wil be eligible to receive personalised cashback offers, and can make a qualifying transaction to redeem a cashback offer. The cashback will be credited to the linked personal transaction account. Cashback offers are limited to one cashback per customer and per offer during the offer period.
