How to change your account nickname in NAB Internet Banking

Log into NAB Internet Banking.

Click Profile & Settings in the top menu.

In the list, click on Internet Banking settings.

In the relevant account nickname field, type your new preferred name.

Select Save account settings.

Once saved, the changes can take up to 15 mins to take effect across NAB Internet Banking and the NAB app.
How to change your account nickname in the NAB app

Log into the NAB app.

Select the account you’d like to rename.

Tap Details.

Tap Rename account.

Enter your new account nickname and save your update.
