Sarah White

Sarah White was appointed as Group Executive, People and Culture in August 2023. Having worked at NAB in a variety of roles for over 30 years, Sarah has a deep understanding of the company, its culture, and its people.

As Group Executive, People and Culture, Sarah leads the delivery of NAB’s colleague strategy, motivating and enabling colleagues to serve customers well and help communities prosper.

Sarah was previously Chief of Staff at NAB from February 2018. In this role, Sarah was a key advisor to the Group CEO, with responsibility for the Office of the CEO operations as well as the operating rhythm and effectiveness of NAB's Executive Leadership Team.

Prior to this, Sarah was Executive General Manager, Talent and Leadership, accountable for the design, development and execution of NAB’s talent management and leadership strategies.

Before this, Sarah held various other senior roles within the People and Culture division, including General Manager People, Personal Banking, and Executive Manager, NAB Retail.

Sarah brings her experience as Chief-of-Staff and key advisor to the CEO, in business partnering, coaching executives and senior leaders, and leading complex change and transformation to leading NAB’s People and Culture team.
