Group Executive, Personal Banking
Ana Marinkovic was appointed Group Executive, Personal Bank in April 2024. She has more than 20 years of experience in senior banking roles across strategy, payments, mortgages, contact centres, technology and operations in consumer and commercial divisions.
As Group Executive, Ana leads NAB’s Personal Bank, serving millions of customers’ home lending and everyday banking needs across NAB’s branch network, contact centres and digital channels.
Ana joined NAB in 2019 and became Executive General Manager Business Direct and Small Business in 2020. She previously had 15 years with ANZ working across consumer finance, home loans, payments, small business, technology and transformation.
Ana holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University. She is also Chair of Medfin and Non Executive Director at KU Children.
