Follow these simple steps

Use these steps to learn how to find your billing information in NAB Hive.

    Step 1

    Go to NAB Hive and select Login to NAB Hive.

    Step 2

    Select Log in with NAB Connect or Log in with Internet Banking.

    Step 3

    Enter your user ID and password. To reset your password, select Forgot your password?

    Step 4

    To see your service plan, select Billing then ‘Service plan' from the drop-down menu.

    Step 5

    You’ll see your settlement model.

  • 6

    Step 6

    To see bank account details, select Billing then ‘Bank Accounts’.

    Step 7

    Your invoice and settlement accounts will show .

  • 8

    Step 8

    To view statements, select Billing then ‘Statements’ from the drop-down menu.

  • Complete

    You’ll see your statements. Select Download to download a statement.
