Follow these simple steps

Use our simple NAB Hive help guide to view a breakdown of your settlements.

    Step 1

    Go to NAB Hive and select Login to NAB Hive.

    Step 2

    Select Log in with NAB Connect or Log in with Internet Banking.

    Step 3

    Enter your user ID and password. To reset your password, select Forgot your password?

    Step 4

    Select Payments, then choose ‘Settlements’ from the drop-down menu.

    Step 5

    You’ll see the total amount settled each day. Select the arrow to see more details.

    Step 6

    To see your store breakdown, scroll down and select View store breakdown.

  • 7

    Step 7

    You’ll see the transaction types that make up each settlement.

  • 8

    Step 8

    Select the arrow next to the transaction type to see more details.

  • Complete

    You’ll see the individual transaction details.
